Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you're planning a birthday bash, a girls-trip weekend, or just a casual day with friends, we're here to make your experience as fun and memorable as possible!

We've compiled a list of questions guests most frequently ask when planning their first visit. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Give us a call!

Q. On which days do you have drag performances?
A. We offer several opportunities over the weekend for you to catch one of our drag shows:
Saturdays & Sundays | Dinner: Saturdays
Q. At what times are the drag shows?
A. Each of our Drag'n Brunch experiences features three performers from our cast.
They perform during our two seatings. Each seating is $28.99/person and includes shared appetizers, one entree, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Brunch: First Seating: 10:30am. Second Seating: 1:00pm
Q. Do I need to make a reservation?
A. Reservations are highly recommended. For our Drag'n Dining experience, we typically book up weeks in advance. To secure your ideal time slot, we advise making reservations as soon as possible through our website or the RESY app.

Walk-ins are welcome, however space is not always guaranteed. Our bar can accommodate eight guests and is first come-first served.
Q. Are large parties accepted?
A. Yes. Reservations for parties of six or less can be made through our website or the RESY app. Parties larger than six will need to call the restaurant at (615) 329-2913 to secure a reservation.

Please do not make multiple reservations online for one large party, as we cannot guarantee your group will all be sat together or at the same time.

Leave a message during non-operating hours with your party details and a member of our staff will return your call for booking confirmation.
Q. Can our party get separate checks?
A. No. We cannot do individual checks for each member of your party.

We recommend you and your party take this into account before arriving for your reservation.
Q. Is there a cover charge?
A. No. Each person pays a flat rate of $28.99 which includes shared appetizers, one entree, choice of non-alcoholic beverage and access to the show.
Q. Where will I be seated?
A. All tables are situated around the stage for optimal viewing of the show.
Q. What if I'm running late?
A. Should your party be delayed, please call us at (615) 329-2913. We will hold your table for 15 minutes.
Q. Where do the entertainers perform?
A. The performers perform on our stage, which is built 4 feet above the seating area, so you're guaranteed a great view of the show from your table.
Q. Am I allowed to tip the entertainer?
A. Yes. Due to COVID-19, we're encouraging guests to tip the entertainers using Venmo. If you do not have Venmo, we will have a designated member of staff collect entertainers' tips for you at the end of the show.
Q. Is your show age restricted?
A. No! We welcome people of all ages, including children.
Q. Where do I park?
A. We have a small shared lot with Tribe behind our building, accessed via the alley off of 15th Ave. Street parking is also available.

Do not park in any business lot across the street as they will tow.

Who is Suzy Wong?

Caleb Web Card
Suzy Wong's House of Yum is the creation from Chef Arnold Myint, who also owns Nashville restaurants PM Café & Blvd. Arnold competed on the Emmy-award winning  show Top Chef & most recently Food Network Star Season 11.  He crafted a menu of Asian favorites fused with Southern cuisine.

At Suzy Wong’s you will enjoy a tapas-style menu of made-to-order sushi, shared plates, & “yum” bowls. Locally owned & operated for over 9 years, Suzy Wong’s House of Yum is the perfect place to start, or end, a day or night on the town. We feature live drag shows Friday evening through Sunday morning for “Drag’n Brunch” & “Drag’n Dinner.”

In partnership with Zeus Entertainment, Suzy Wong's is located in the heart of Nashville's trendiest alternative nightlife scene. Arnold’s alter ego is Suzy Wong.  She is a marketing character & female persona who is seen out at social events as a philanthropic domestic diva. The name references the popular 1950's novel, The World of Suzie Wong – the story of a beautiful Asian "lady of the evening" falling in love with an American diplomat (played by William Holden in the camp classic 1960 movie.) Arnold presents his diners "a brothel of epicurean delights" serving a cornucopia of Asian delights along with creative cocktails, sleek décor, and fun, upbeat music.
